Booking Terms & Conditions 2022/2023
All bookings are subject to the following conditions.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. All lessons have to be paid in full, before the start.
Cancellation, In event of a cancellation the following fees will apply;
From 4 weeks (29 days) or more before first lesson a refund of 70% of booking
From 4 weeks (28 days) to 2 weeks (15 days) before; refund of 50% of booking
From 2 weeks (14 days) to 0 weeks before; 0% refund given
You must have appropriate insurance to cover your trip including if applicable off-piste
skiing, resort closure, force majeure, third party liability, accident cover and rescue from the
hill.
No refund will be given in whole or in part for unused lessons due to the late arrival of a
client, illness, accident, lift closure due to weather condition, mechanical failure, or for any
cause outside the instructors control. We will provide you with a letter to aid with any
insurance claim.
The Instructor has the right to cancel lessons or courses at any time. In these cases a full
refund of the unused lessons will be made.
No refunds can be made for people taking part in any lessons, that are not of the required
standard, who have not provided the correct information at the time of booking or who's level
has changed since making the booking to their arriving in resort and have not informed us of
this change. It is a condition of booking, that all clients respect the instructors judgement,
regarding safety and weather conditions on the mountain.
Clients should ensure that they are in a fit and safe condition to take part in physical activity in a mountain environment.If at any time during your lessons, you are not happy with your progress or you have a
complaint, please let us know immediately, so that we can address the situation straight
away.
On occasion during your lessons, we may take photos or videos including children which
may be used for advertising on our website and facebooks posts.The contract will be governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with English law
and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute
arising out of or in connection with the contract.
